Apoio Simples is committed to making its website accessible, in line with the European Accessibility Act and the EN 301 549 standard (which adopts the WCAG 2.1 success criteria at level AA).

This website (apoiosimples.com) conforms to WCAG 2.1 level AA, with the known exceptions and limitations listed below.
The conformance target is level AA (text contrast ≥ 4.5:1; large text and user-interface components ≥ 3:1). We do not claim level AAA.
How we checked
Automated testing with our own analysis engine (Lighthouse / axe-core, accessibility category) across the public pages, in Portuguese and English.
Manual review: keyboard-only navigation (visible focus, logical order, a skip-to-content link), screen reader (heading structure, landmarks, field names and result announcements), and a contrast check of every brand colour token.
Known limitations
Third-party embedded content (e.g. external maps or videos), where present, may not be fully under our control.
